My package showed up all smashed, whoever packed it really didn’t do a great job. It felt like no care was taken to protect the item at all. Disappointing experience...

It took a while, longer than I was hoping, but they did eventually fix the issue, so..

They do have some nice stuff, but for some reason the selection feels a bit limited. I found a few things I liked, just wish there were more options to choose from.

Overall, I’d say it was a fair deal for what I paid. It wasn’t perfect, but for the price, I still felt like I got my money’s worth. If you’re trying to keep things reasonable and don’t need something flawless, I think it’s worth considering

After a few months of normal use though, it started wearing out faster than I expected. The edges got loose and it just didn’t hold up as well as similar items I’ve seen friends use for longer. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Ordered from theparagon.com a couple times now. Delivery’s been solid overall. Latest one showed up a day past the first estimate, but tracking worked and the package was fine. Not flawless, but I’d order again.

I opened my order and it was completely different from what I actually bought. Not sure if this is a one-off mistake or if it’s been happening to other people too, but it was frustrating.

Support got back to me quickly, which was a relief because I hate sitting around wondering if anyone even saw my message. The replies were actually helpful too. I did have to wait a little bit, which was annoying in the moment, but nothing too terrible

I’d give theparagon.com a solid 4 stars. Most of the time, they have the items I’m looking for in stock, which makes shopping straightforward. A couple things I wanted were sold out, but it wasn’t a huge deal for me. The site was easy enough to use and I didn’t feel like I wasted time searching around. Overall, I’d say it’s a reliable place to check first, even if stock isn’t perfect every single time.

I ordered my normal size, the same size I wear in pretty much every other brand, and this fit like it was at least two sizes too small. The size chart wasn’t much help either. The sleeves were super tight and the length just felt awkward. I ended up returning it, which was a hassle. compared to most other clothes I’ve bought, their sizing feels way off, and I don’t think I’d trust their fit info again
